hey all. now ever since i deployed ive lost touch withmost of the guys i was trainin with. iknow keoki left carson but im not even sure if there is still a program on carson. does neone have any info? also if there really isnt much of nething happening on post i need a home to train.

If you look at the gym listenings they will give a listing of schools in the area. that maybe can help you out.
