I know the boxing commission would never be down with this but I've been wondering if there are any who would be interested in resurrecting reality stickfighting as established in colorado by me, jason luce, gabe c. and the fellas at the defense institute?

due to medical reasons I can't do MMA anymore but I think I cold probably do some stickfighting if anyone were interested. It'd probably have to be underground, on someone's private property somewhere but it'd be cool.

If you've never seen live reality stickfighting it's one of the most exciting combat competitions you'll ever watch and an incredible rush to participate in. I'd love to try to cage stickfighting -- that'd be new and cool.

any thoughts?

I have some of our old teammates just went to cali for the last gathering, id love to take a team out this year, who knows....

oh btw.. this years pacific warrior tribal gathering... keep ya ears tuned, cause if your looking for some t0om o leary, and jack johnson hullabalooo, ballyhoo or shenanigans, we will have it
late july or 1st week of august, it will be the 11th annual.

we need to get together and do some reality stickfighting. good to hear someone is representing colorado at the gathering of the pack, wish I could afford to go at this point in my life.

we should try to set something up and maybe MMAbuzz could come and spotlight mma stick style. like I said if we can find a place to fight where law enforcement won't come down on us, I'm there.

I'd love to do it in a park somewhere and have our own versioin of the gathering.

anyway, jason and I are going to be doing sparring every weekend if you or your boys want to check in on times, y'all are more than welcome to come and trade bruises.
