Always looking for something good to read fitness, MMA, scifi, anything you read that is worth talking about just got Eddie Bravos Jiu-Jitsu unleashed. Filled with the same old stuff ( I buy a lot of used on Amazon and don't get to look inside first ) would not recomend it

Got to agree- Bravo's Jui-Jitsu unleased isn't that great, unless your extremely flexible, many of the moves are impossible and his stories at the begining are a bore.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Theory and Technique by Renzo and Royler is mostly Gi stuff but great job with the illustratons and they break the technique down into white belt, Blue belt etc. Pretty cool stuff.
