This poll is divided into the PRO and AMATEUR heavyweight fighters. The poll will be posted until Monday night (July 31st) and the results will be published on Tuesday August 1st. We will publish the Light Heavyweight poll on August 2nd.

The overall goal of the rankings is to give exposure to the local fighters and local gyms of Colorado/Wyoming area.  The names on the poll represent the fighters who have fought in a Colorado/Wyoming promotion recently. If you see a name that is missing please contact the site and we will get it added.

This poll is for the fighters and fans and voted on by the fighters and fans. Please don't take these as 'official' in any way. These votes represent the voice of the people.

*Disclaimer: The pro/amateur status and fight records may not be completely accurate. Please contact the site if you see any errors and they will be corrected.

Also, I can't find a complete/reliable fight record, so I didn't post them, pro or amateur. You can click on the FCfighter.com/database link to see who each of these fighters have won or lost to.

Also, I know users can logout and vote again. I will not allow duplicate IP address votes, and this is easy to track....so don't do it!

One more thing, you can change your vote. The site will save your vote, but you can always come back and change it.

Ted Cano is really a super heavy weight,I believe he is the toughest man in that division as far as hands and chins go I believe along that side Justin Anderson would be a good match with Ted but Danny is very good on the matt.I was trying like hell to get him (Cano) with Danny Richards for the 18th but it looks like Cano is currently taking a breather, so we have another new face for Danny on the 18th .

I listed Cano as a Heavyweight because he has fought at the weight (according to the always reliable internet). I also heard he could fight at heavyweight with the right motivation...whatever that means.

I agree, but it's the best we can go on for the analysis. Sherdog.com has a fighter database too, but I think that one is less accurate than the fcfighter.com

Fcfighter is not very inaccurate. The only time it is wrong, usually, is when a promoter has a pro am card and submits the results to them as without clarify, causing ammys to be listed as pro's. However, in terms of win-loss, they only list and compile the results submitted to them by promoters

well It's a nasty nasty beast to keep track of, I know Mike is trying, but it is such a HUGE thing to do, but eventually he will have one on here I am sure.

if your fights aren't listed, that is a failure on the part of the promoter. Most reputable promoters will submit results to both fcfighter and sherdog right after the event

And unsanctioned mma matches are simply sparring. They shouldn't count in my opinion

I just personally like to count them just for my own personal stuff but I do know that it doesnt matter when it comes right down to it. My record is 3-2 well until a beat someone up next month.....lol

I don't have a fight listed on fcfighter as well, Drew. I'm listed at 4-3 as an ammy, but really I was 4-4. But, the promotion I took that loss on was pretty haphazard, so I wasn't surprised that the results weren't submitted.

I figure that it must be very hard to keep up with every single fighter these days. I know what my record is and I know that the guys I have fouhgt were worth a s**t. With that being said I very happy with my record. I learned from my losses than anything else. I will never lose like that agian.

Just a correction on the postings for the voting. Ted Cano trains in Loveland, Colorado not Denver as posted by the voting page.
Thanks!
