Local fighter Jacob Hey, of Matt Hughes' H.I.T Squad, is in Las Vegas this weekend looking for his spot on the USA Olympic Team. He was recently featured in an article on MMAJunkie.com. Jacob talks about his quest for Olympic Gold.

Hey has only competed on local shows to date, but he hopes to use his
Olympic-level experience and elite-level coaching to earn on a spot in
one of MMA's major organizations very soon.
"I'm thinking about
getting three or four more fights in here and then hitting big with a
show like [the WEC] or EliteXC," Hey said. "Of course my first goal
right now is making that Olympic team. I'm sure that would really help
me out a lot, as far as getting [my] name out there... Hopefully it all
works out."
