Louise Johnson will battle Lacey Whitlatch.

The fight
card will mark the start of the 6th year in business for the Denver,
Colorado based Kick Down which averages six to seven fight shows per
year with a mixture of MMA and Modified Muay Thai kick Boxing. The Kick
Down has established itself as a show for fighters to make their debut
and work to get to the professional level in their respective fighting
style. Having ties to many other fight shows and those entrenched in the
sport of Mixed Martial Arts the Kick Down will continue to be a spring
board for the careers of mixed martial artists. The upcoming show in
Denver, Colorado is no exception. Luke Holdorf will return to fight for
the Light Weight Kick Down professional MMA title against Preston Scharf
who is trained by John Hackleman and "The Pit" out of San Luis Obispo,
California and UFC Light Heavy Weight champion Chuck Liddell. World
Combat League veteran Colby Snyder will face a tough Jason Dake in MMA.
Brian Cristina returns to the show to face Gary Borum fresh off his pro
debut victory at Kick Down Casper. Joey Welch and long time Kick Down
veteran Pete Vandervort will face each other at 150 lbs in MMA. Lacey
Whitlatch and Louise Johnson will become the first women ever to do
battle in mixed martial arts at the Kick Down.
