I try to play things down but I will say that this is just a test to see how it goes and it is INTERNET PPV so there is a difference but for the price of $15.00 you can see all the fights and get the edited DVD. I wanted to highlight the event and the fighters because there are many, many people that have played a part in the success of the Kick Down promotion and this is a way to thank them as well as all of the fight camps etc. If you do the math you will see it is NOT for the money but more to get the name out there and just try it and see if it works. It is not as easy as it seems after checking into it but having voiced a few of them myself and my broadcast partner JR Gordon will at least have that part settled. And yes the $8.00 is for ALL 13 bouts and we will keep everyone informed of how it is going and what to expect. Steve Alley |

I love the idea of the internet PPV. There are a lot of shows I'd like to cover but just can't get to sometimes (having a newborn kinda puts the kabosh on things). I'd glady pay $8 to be able to watch it live. I really hope the internet live stream works out, I could see this being a very big step for local promotions. |

It's good to hear that there's a lot of interest in interent PPV. I'm finally at the point where I'm ready to launch MMA XStream. Many of of you have heard me talk about this idea. I've found a place where I can rent the equipment I need and plan to start a seperate webcasting side of my business. You can look forward to seeing most of the shows I cover webcasted, whether it be by the promoter (as in this case)or myself. After it takes off I plan to travel and cover shows all over the country. I still have strong ties to the shows in the south and plan to head that way. |

Great, now when I get done done watching HDNet fights, UFC, WEC, ESPN boxing, Shotime Boxing, ELiteXC, and woorking fights I'm going to be watching the KD shows from Casper also.....my wife will be thrilled. Actually, I think its great. Kickdown is a great show and I'm glad more people will be able to see it. |

I'll get that new poster posted tonight. I'm also gonna have tickets to sell for this show, the 'MMABuzz section'. Anyone who buys tickets through me will be entered into a drawing for an MMABuzz Prize Pack. And we will be doing the drawing for the MMABuzz Prize Pack the day of the show, that way you can get your goodies that night. That is correct and John Sargent is now fighting Jack Johnson in Jacks MMA Pro Debut. There were SEVERAL fighters that were set to fight Robert Martinez and for 1 reason or another they dropped or did not accept. Cody Combee was offered the fight and they accepted immediately and re-confirmed last evening when the post was made. The fight card is complete now pending any injuries etc. it is good to go. 8 titles 13 bouts.SA |

Cody Combee is trained by Brad Anderson who if you noticed is a personal friend of Randy Cotoure and training partned who has cornered for Randy in UFC etc. Combee is solid and will be in the fight. The size of Martinez will play the most significant role in the fight. It is not Martinez as we had nearly 4 or 5 lined up and to a person they were either injured or dropped off. Combee stepped in after 24 hours of receiving the offer. They are fighters and accordingly have agreed to fight for Martinez title. I think some will be surprised that this will be a better fight than it may look on paper. Either way we are still glad to have them. SA |

We try and post the entire fight card and order well in advance and it ALWAYS changes. If you are making reference to the upcoming KD 50 the fight card (unless you know something I don't is the same except the opponent of Logan Petro got injured so that one is Logan Petro vs TBD Byron Sowell broke his foot Saturday and he is replaced by Nick Olsen So it is Josh Childress vs Nick Olsen As of 4:45PM MST 0n 4-29-08 those are the only changes as of now.
