What is your interest
in MMA?
You know I've always been a rough kind of person like that. I like the
excitement of the sport. Besides, who doesn't like MMA?
How are you
personally involved?
I've been kickboxing since 2003. I started just taking the classes and
learning. You know you either like or don't, and I loved it. I taught for almost
two years, and now I'm just training again.
So, where are you
training now?
Calvary Family Martial Arts.
Who are your favorite
fighters?
I don't want to sound like a crazy fan, but I like Chuck Lidddell. He's my
favorite guy, but I also really like Rampage. I never really seen him fight until
he fought that Pride guy (Henderson) and just whooped him.
You are with

I can help them out if they are looking to purchase, refinance, debt
consolidation, whatever. They can give me a call, I'm pretty much
straightforward. I'll tell you yes or no.
What are some common
mistakes that people make when looking to buy a house or refinance?
The biggest mistake is they don't know what they want. Some people are like
‘whatever it takes to get me into the home'. They don't care. Especially if their
credit is really bad. What people don't understand is even with bad credit you
still have options. You can still get a loan at a decent rate, with decent
price, and decent options. They think because they have bad credit that they
have to take the first option available. People don't understand what they are
actually looking for and what they qualify for. I explain the whole thing. I'll
give you several different options, if they have any options. I try to educate
my customers as much as possible.

There is the mortgage calculator. There are also a lot of helpful links.
Different websites like Fannie Mae , government loan websites, and many more.
The best thing to do is just call me. I'll set everything up
