Wow, that sucked. 12 fights and only 1 made it to a decision? BTW, since the show was "guaranteed" that everyone would have a great time, does that mean we can get our money back since the show sucked so bad? Also, who did the matchmaking for this one, Chuck Daly again? Perhaps he should spend more time training his fighters and less time trying to do something he has shown repeatedly he can't do well. From now on, I'll stay here in Denver and spend my MMA money wisely...R.O.F. or Kickdown.

Congratulations to Phillip! All the hard training you put in with us really paid off. Hopefully you can continue winning in the 1st round.

Great Job!!!

Congrats to all fighters who stepped up to fight. For someone to talk trash about a show where a majority of the fights didn't go to the scorecards...I don't know...sounds like someone is just being ignorant on purpose. Anyways, good job once again, all.

A couple of notes from the show:

Local fighters in attendance:
Donnie Liles - Donnie said he will be doing a bit of kickboxing for the rest of the year and then start back up with the IFL in January. He also said Jay Hieron (who gave Donnie his first lost in the IFL) "got lucky and has an ass kicking coming."
Ian Stonehouse - We'll see him back from his hand injury in approximately 5 months. Also Steve Alley (ring announcer) said (mark these words) "you will see Ian at a major fight promotion."
Josh Huber - Josh wants to "kick the s**t out of anyone they put in front of me."
Issac Colon - You can see Issac avenge his only loss to Dominic Blanco at Kickdown 38, June 29th, Denver, Colorado. Issac said he will "knock that fool out."
Kyle Johnson - Kyle is the current No Mercy champ and Kickdown champ. He is looking to fight "anyone that steps up."

The Tyler Hall vs. Jacob Herold featured an 18 year old (Jacob) vs a 36 year old (Tyler). It's great to see how this sport crosses all ages and stages.

Debut fighter Michael Riggs is 35. Maybe we need to see him and Tyler fight?

Fight intro song of the night: Rex Payne (not sure what song it was but it friggin rocked). Also, Sean Claffey came into MJ's 'Beat It' (Johnny Kancho will love that)

A big thanks to the No Mercy folks for putting on a great show. Look for their next show July 20th at the city auditorium.

Getting upset about every fight ot making it to JD is kind of lame, I mean if every fight ended in the first 15 secs, then yeah maybe, but it doesnt look like that's what happened.

Normally I don't interject, but I got to, The "guest" spkoe of a "lame" fight becasue they didn't all go to decision. If you were at the last ROF, there were MANY fights that didn't go past the first round. Hell Michaels knocked out carpaccio in 7 seconds.. does that make it a bad show?.. uh.. no.. It's the sport and what happens... I thought it was a good show. (Didn't get my intro music, but it's cool) And the venue was pretty cool too..

Hmmm...now I know why they didn't release the card. Out of the 24 fighters listed, I recognize maybe 8.

I like a mixture, which is what it sounds like there was. A majority of fights that ended in a knockout or submission, one that didn't answer the bell, and one that went to decision. Sounds like a solid night over all.

I wasn't there, but from the people I've talked to they wouldn't say it beat the hell out of Tap or Snap. I hope we don't get into a which show is better like they have up in Denver. Everyone has there pluses and minuses.

Great Job to all the winners.

The last tap or snap yeah. but the card with Murilla vs Roller was better then the first NME cad. Either way they both have there places, and its cool that there is profesionlisim now between the two.

and my skeleton comment wasn't meant as an insult, but if you can ever get Iron Madden to play at a local show, I would so buy tickets, just to have my own area to sing along with "Run for the hills"

Wow...i am seriously missing out. Skulls and Iron Maiden at MMA shows!?! WHOA!! LMAO. I think for my next fight, I'm going to mix it up a bit. I'm going to come out singing my own intro music. Oh yeah...it's going to be great.

Damon; when you fight again I've already hired Kenny G to play your intro music. He's going to lead you out of the dressing room playing the clarinet. The house is gonna come down for that. MARK MY WORDS!!!!

I know it takes a major effort to put on a show. There were some hiccups and stuff. Like the sound system. But there were some entertaining fights and I as well as the majority of the people in attendance enjoyed the show. Thanks to NME for putting it on. And to the guys with enough balls to enter the cage. Win loose or draw they deserve props for stepping up and getting in the cage.

Congrats to Drew Hirshon, the filipino bull for a great job, he's always super conditioned, prepared and I expect great things from him! All around the show was great except a few snags with the sound but that goes with any production. I second Musclemakers sentiment, that it's easy to talk from the stands, but my hats off to all the fighters with balls to step in and do it. See yall next go round! Kuya-Head of household, P.W.I.A
