Gabe Charboneau is the organizer of the 8th Annual PWIA (Pacific Warriors Island
Arts) Tribal Gathering this Saturday, July 21st at The Defense Institute in
Colorado Springs.

A portion of the entry fee goes to the local charity CASA. CASA stands for Court-Appointed
Special Advocates (CASA) – The Supervised Exchange/Parenting Time (SEPT)
are a court-ordered service to protect children and adult victims from
witnessing or involvement in physical conflict. The program enables adult
victims of domestic violence to permit parenting time with the offender without
face-to-face contact, alleviating further domestic violence trauma or
re-victimization. The program provides accountability, and courts are informed
of lack of compliance and/or inappropriate behaviors. (from The City of
