This week's Question of the Week is 'What kind (if any) of training supplements do you take when you train?' And 'Should fighters be taking supplements when training?'

We have an expert in nutritional supplements that is going to be writing an article on training and supplements for MMABuzz.com. This individual would like to know first what people are currently taking, then go from there with the article.

to the Aleve, they have anice back and body one that I had to take my first month of training, and it felt I was swimming underwater at times.

I usually take fish oil pills (daily), a centrum multivitamin (daily), glucosamine, and a healthy 6 pack of Corona after practice.

I take GNC mega Man Sport vitamins, and just eta clean. Well not os much now, but when I was training regularly I was losing lbs pretty quick by just eating really clean.

I just eat clean and make sure my biggest meal of the day is my lunch with a light dinner after training possibly washed down with an ensure. Forget the protien shakes those dont provide all the nutrients your body needs.

But I only do this when cutting. Its hard at first but the weight flys off.

I currently use Optimum's Pro Complex (protein powder). There have been times where I've used a lot more. The best recovery supplememnt I've ever used was Tribulus.

I'm looking forward to trying out Next Level's supplement line. These where the guys that had the booth at the last Kick Down. The owner says his product line rivals using steroids without all the side effects.

Here's mine:

Hot-Rox Extreme (2 pills upon waking)
GNC Mega Men Sport, Chromium Picolinate, Fish Oil, Vitamin B, and Zinc after a breakfast of oatmeal
Muscle Milk for post workout protein

I do generally try and eat really clean thoughout the week, however, sometimes I don't have the time to do so.

Further supplements are the chicks that are in my gym/dojo! Dear God, there are some stunners in there!!! Can't slack off in front of them! I'd lose my Player Card.
