... I just eat clean and make sure my biggest meal of the day is my lunch with a light dinner after training possibly washed down with an ensure. Forget the protien shakes those dont provide all the nutrients your body needs. But I only do this when cutting. Its hard at first but the weight flys off. |

... I currently use Optimum's Pro Complex (protein powder). There have been times where I've used a lot more. The best recovery supplememnt I've ever used was Tribulus. I'm looking forward to trying out Next Level's supplement line. These where the guys that had the booth at the last Kick Down. The owner says his product line rivals using steroids without all the side effects. |
