Dana pulls BJ and Jens into the conference room, time to pick the quarterfinal match ups. Forget about the teams, Dana is looking for the best match-ups. Jens doesn't like this idea. Dana and BJ have the same ‘top fighter' lists and Jen believes it's a conspiracy against his team. Dana tells them both to leave; he has the match-ups he wants.
Fight Announcements
Joe Lauzon vs. Cole Miller
Gray Maynard vs. Brandon Melendez
Nate Diaz vs. Corey Hill
Matt Wiman vs. Manny Gumbranyan
Team Pulver doesn't like the match ups, Team Penn does.
Back at the house that night....DRINK UP!!
Marlon Sims has half a bottle of tequila and begins to start talking trash to Noah Thomas around the campfire. Marlon says he will never tap....ever, and makes it known that real men don't tap.
Noah and Marlon have a few verbal exchanges. Marlon tries flipping over Noah's chair and all hell breaks loose.
The rest of the fighters in the house convince Marlon and Noah that ‘you won't get kicked out if you get in a fight'.
Marlon turns his check and eggs Noah on ‘c'mon, hit me'. (A sober Noah) can't take it anymore and hits Marlon with a right cross then tackles him.
The two fighters rumble on the lawn Noah goes for an armbar. Fight ‘kinda' breaks up.
Noah ‘see you in the finals Marlon' and puts his hand out to shake Marlon's. Fight erupts again, this time it ends on the concrete. Noah gets Marlon in an armbar and Marlon picks Noah up and slams him on the conrete twice. The fight dissolves and both fighters are left bloody.
The next morning Dana makes a visit to the house. He's not very happy. He's pissed not only at the fighters who fought, but the rest of the house for egging them on. He kicks Noah, Marlon, and Allen Beaubre off the show.
Noah doesn't agree with Dana but understand Dana's decision and accepts it. "Hopefully I have a future, I may not."
Fight Day: Joe Lauzon vs. Cole Miller Joe "I may not be the best fighter, but I am the smartest."
Rd 1 - Cole lands a solid leg kick and takes Joe down. Cole gets Joe's back and sinks in the RNC. Joes ‘weathers the storm' and escapes.
Joe dominates the ground game and delivers some GNP. Joe is landing some solid strikes.
Rd 2 - Both fighters come out striking. Joe takes Cole to the ground. Joe is once again applying a little ground and pound. Joe lands an illegal elbow to the back of Cole's head. The ref stops the fight and Cole is examined. Cole wants to continue. The fight continues and Cole is not the same fighter he was before the elbow. Joe takes Cole down and continues to pound him. The ref steps in and stops the fight. TKO due to strikes.
Next week: Gray Maynard vs. Brandon Melendez. Randy Couture makes a guest appearance for Team Penn.

Damn, good show. The fight seemed more in fun instead of anger, the backyard fight at least. Cole really showed me a lot. He gave Joe a lot tougher of a fight than I expected he would. I got a lot of respect for both Joe and Cole. Corey got the s**t end of the stick with Diaz. Its too bad. Manvel will be Wiman IMO, Gray will beat Melendez and Diaz will beat Hill unfortunately. I like both guys but gotta pull for the local. Should be good fights from here on out. This fight (in the octagon) was a great fight to watch IMO.

Best show of the season. I agree with KPEAZY that the fight at the house seemed more 'fun' than hatred. We'll get the full scoop from Noah on Monday.
Cole vs Joe: great fight! I think they made more of a deal of the illegal elbow than it really was. But that is just my opinion. Cole did MUCH better than I thought. His first leg kicked against Joe was great. But, man Joe is one tough dude.
A) they already know who they think is the "best" on the show, and they want to see those guy's get to the finals.
B) even though BJ left on bad terms, he is still Dana's golden boy, and Jens and Dana obviously have some hard feelings between each others.
c)that elbow was f**ked, and i think joe shoudln't of even of tried it.
d)noah looked like a jack ass, well actually they both did, plus thse cheap shots were lame. Also I am glad lobster is gone, what was his purpose again?
...
Yeah I think it would be a good fight, but man, i feel bad for cole, dude was rocked hard. I just want to see all of the "favorites" lose, that would shake s**t up.
