I wanted to thank everyone that came out and supported The Tap or Snap "Knock Out" Watch Party last night. We passed out 150 t-shirts to everyone and gave out a whole bunch of free stuff to the people in attendance.

I'd like to thank the sponsors that helped support the event. TAP OR SNAP/ColoradoMMA.COM, Prince of Battle for suppling the shirts, NYPD Pizza, Colorado Pride Realty, Hostile Clothing, and The Defense Institute. I also met a couple of good people that I've only known through the site. Disciple and Nasty were both there and I had the pleasure of getting to know them by more than just a screen name. Guys thanks for coming out.

We will be doing this every month at a different location each time. This one came kinda sudden so we were behind the ball, but much more notice will be given for the October 20th show.

Thanks

Just a thought on Wanderli, he does have two wins over rampage- if Wand could get a win or two they could really build up a rematch there.
I think I might be the only guy without an affliction sponsorship these days :)

In the Post Fight Press Conference Dana White said that we may never see Chuck Liddell Fight Wanderlei Silva due to Chuck Liddell losing to Keith Jardine. This is a fight that fans have wanted to see for over 3 years and Dana White said "this fight would have been the biggest in Mixed Martial Arts history" Dana also said that we would see Wanderlei Silva fighting in the UFC in December of this year. Dana also said that if Sean Sherk loses his appeal of the steroid controversy that he would be stripped of the Title and that Joe Stevenson vs. BJ Penn would fight for the vacant Title. Dana said he is trying to get Fedor to fight for the UFC, however Fedor wants to do Sambo and Dana would not allow that if he signed with the UFC, so Dana will try to sign Fedor after the sambo is over in November and then if Fedor signs with the UFC he would get an automatic Title shot against Heavyweight World Champions Randy Couture. Randy Couture broke his arm blocking a kick from Gonzaga so this fight would not happen until sometime in 2008. Dana also said that if Chuck decides to come back a fight against Mauricio Rua makes sense. Chuck Liddell said he was taking his kids to Disneyland and would take some time off to re-think what he will do with his career. Diego Sanchez said he was going to take some time off and is considering moving down to the 155lb division and that he wanted to fight BJ Penn. Jon Fitch said he would fight anyone in the 170lb division and said he only wants to fight the best fighters and a Title fight would be nice. Forrest said he would like to fight Keith Jardine again as he wanted to avenge his lose to Jardine. Forrest also said that training with Randy Couture and having Randy as a coach was a big help in his win against Rua. Keith Jardine said he feels he is in line for a Title shot, however Quinton Jackson injured his hand in training so no fight until sometime in 2008.
