The plan is for Eric to go pro on this card. We're hoping to have his opponent announced in the next 48 hours. Kreg Hartle is unmatched as of yet, but we're expecting to get him on the card. |

I think it is cool that the card IS NOT full of pueblo fighters and actually has people fighting from other states. To me that is a goo dMMA show, that and the people from out of state are not washed up old guys. |

Kieth Wilson does all of the matchmaking for the WC shows. I leave everything up to his judgment for that. lol...you really don't want me to have that responsibility - 'cause I would suck at it! I have another show slated for July 19 in Cripple Creek and one last WC show (for 2008) in late August in Pueblo - plenty of time to showcase talent - local, regional, and national. Stay tuned and good luck to all the Pueblo fighters this Saturday. |

Yeah - I've take a few hits (rightfully so) for the intermission antics on WC2. I had no idea our MC was going to do that. For this show, Mike has offered to juggle bowling balls and ring girls at intermission - should be just as entertaining. |

Man, I had no problems with the 'antics'. Buzz was just having fun, can't knock a guy for that. It was much better than most shows that just have dead silence in between fights. Personally I like how Steve Alley has the fighter interviews before each fight. If you have the time and resources that would be ideal. I will offer my services for intermission. What kind of "show" will I put on. Well, I was thinking of Royal Rumble/Last Man Standing sort of thing. Participants: - Me - Nasty - Staulky Pimp - Ransom - that guy that did the splits at the last show - Buzz Corona - the drunkest guy and girl in the crowd (guy would hands down be Staulky Pimp, so let's just say drunkest girl) My money's on Staulky Pimp, mainly cause I know that SOB bites..ankles... |

I mean I am flying out there all the way from sunny Oahu Hawaii and you would think that they would atleast spell the name right. I'm sorry to report that Shorty was in a motorcycle accident about an hour ago. From what Brandon told me, he's suffered a broken rib cage and has internal bleeding. He is conscience and has movement in his fingers and hands - not sure about his lower extremities yet. I'll update everyone as I learn more information on the situation. Please keep him in your prayers and thoughts. |

One thing I appreciate about this fight card is the carefulness of putting together the card. It's not a 'hey..do you have a 170 pounder?'. The matchmaker (Keith) does his due diligence to see what sort of fighter that 170 pounder is and will not throw someone in there to 'get 12 fights'. As I was told yesterday by a promoter people go to a show and see 'you'. Meaning, you can have a cool website, a cool MySpace page, etc, but if you don't invest in your actual product (the show), well, it's just smoke and mirrors. |

My dish went out of service last night...BAD. But in my insomnia I watched Warriors Collide II DVD (thanks Mike) and was impressed overall. This current card looks great. You never know what is going to happen with great match-ups (i.e. Houston Alexander KO'd in 8 sec at UFC-UFN 13), but should be a great card if you can keep all these fights. |

I've just been informed that Justin Eilers is going to be cornering Brandon Shuey. Who is Justin Eilers? Well he's fought some pretty big names in the UFC (most notably Andre Arloski and Brandon Vera...both losses) and on another promotions (HDNet is the most recent). Gonna be a good night of fights as well as some recognizable faces in the crowd. |
